These terms apply when you use this website or buy services from My Website Builder ("we", "us"). By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement takes priority wherever the two differ.

Our services

We design and develop custom websites and digital experiences. Package contents are described on our website at the time of purchase. For Custom Studio and custom projects, the final scope is agreed in writing before work begins.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency of the region you select, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Your bank may charge its own fees.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
• The Custom Studio price is a starting price. Work beyond the starting price is quoted and agreed with you before it goes ahead.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Promotional prices apply only for the period and the terms stated with the promotion.

Timelines

Timelines on our website are estimates, and they begin once we have your payment and the content and information we need. Delays in receiving content, feedback, or approvals may extend them. We will let you know if we expect a significant change.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, the content we need, and timely feedback.
• Make sure you have the rights to all text, images, logos, and other materials you give us, and that your website content and business activity are lawful.
• Keep control of your own accounts and renew any third-party services your website relies on, such as domains and hosting.
• Review your website before launch. You approve it for publication, and you remain responsible for its content.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed scope. Additional rounds, or requests outside the scope, may be charged separately and will be agreed with you first.

Third-party services and costs

Your website may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting, payment processors, booking tools, or AI providers. Unless we say otherwise in writing, their fees are not included in our package prices, and their own terms apply. We are not responsible for outages or changes to services we do not control.

Website care

Website care is optional and separate from your website purchase. Its scope, price, and response times are set out in your service agreement. Access to submit support requests at any hour does not guarantee immediate human assistance or an immediate fix, unless your service agreement says so.

Cancellations and refunds

• If you cancel before design work has started, we will refund your payment in full.
• If you cancel after work has started, we may keep payment for the work already completed and will refund any unearned balance.
• Once your website has launched, the package fee is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• To cancel or request a refund, email us at the address below. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ownership

You keep ownership of the materials you give us, and you allow us to use them to deliver your project. Once you have paid in full, you own the finished, custom-made website content we create for you. Third-party software, fonts, images, and licensed components stay subject to their own licenses, and we keep ownership of our general tools, know-how, and reusable code, with a license for you to use them as part of your website.

We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, or use our services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful. We may decline or stop work that breaches these terms.

Warranties and liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We test our work, but we do not promise that any website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve a particular search ranking, sales figure, or business result.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, or data, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where My Website Builder is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the place you live. We encourage you to contact us first, so we can try to resolve any dispute directly.
